The R3K Wired Right-Hand Keyboard from Evoluent offers a keyboard designed to help the right hand which is often tasked with managing both the number pad and mouse. This layout puts the number pad on the left side of the keyboard, reducing space between your right hand and the mouse, as well as allowing easier use when using the mouse and number pad at the same time.
