The crystal-clear glass allows 98% of light transmission, and a nanocoating prevents fingerprints and smudges from appearing on the surface. Because there is no adhesive involved, removal of the glass is residue-free and no cleaning is necessary.
The included pop-up LCD shade magnetically attaches to the screen's metallic border and reduces glare and reflections, which would normally make it difficult to see.
